Dear Nox Group Team,
As I reflect on an incredible 2024, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to each of you. Your hard work, dedication, and passion are fueling our success and paving the way for an extraordinary 2025.
I would like to applaud our field teams and congratulate the 2024 Focus-Driven Recognition Award winners. Your exceptional work sets the standard for excellence and inspires us all.
Mark your calendars! We’ll celebrate Corbins’ 50th Anniversary with a special spring gathering for you and your families. Official invitations are being sent to your company email soon. It will be a wonderful time to connect, reflect, and celebrate our shared achievements.
It has been 16 months since RMCI joined Nox Group, and in that time, we’ve experienced remarkable growth. Notably, we’ve been selected for over $300 million in new projects across New Mexico, Arizona, and Nevada.
Last year, Nox Group made a difference through our Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program, collectively logging over 500 volunteer hours! A few of the organizations the teams supported were The Salvation Army, Phoenix Children’s Hospital with The Big Dig, St. Vincent de Paul, PHX Children Helping Hands, Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, Arizona Humane Society, Candelaria Nature Preserve, Feed My Starving Children, The Foster Alliance and National River Cleanup.
Remember, as an employee, you have 8 paid VTO hours annually to support causes you care about. Let’s aim to TRIPLE our impact in 2025!
We’re thrilled to announce the official opening of our Texas office, expanding opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Why We’re Expanding to Texas
1. Growing Infrastructure Needs: Texas’s rapid population and industrial growth drive demand for advanced water and wastewater treatment facilities to support urban and rural development.
2. Booming Technology Sector: Texas is a hub for semiconductor manufacturing and technology industries, creating opportunities for specialized facilities that align with our expertise.
3. Strategic Market Expansion: Establishing a presence in Texas positions us to serve high-demand industries while strengthening our footprint in the southern U.S.
4. Mission-Critical Opportunities: Texas’s pro-business environment and large-scale industrial projects create a perfect market for our expertise in mission-critical infrastructure.
5. Sustainable Growth: Expanding into Texas allows us to diversify our project portfolio, collaborate with local partners, and deliver long-term value to our clients in an economically vibrant region.
Thank you for making 2024 a remarkable year. I look forward to everything we’ll accomplish together in 2025. If you have topics you’d like me to address or questions you’d like answered, please email info@noxgroup.us.

With gratitude and excitement for what we are building together,
Justin Martin
