PROGRAM

Our internship program offers a valuable 10-14 week hands-on experience for students to learn from various leaders, experts, and team members across our enterprise. Interns will develop diverse skills that they will take with them beyond this experience. They will learn and travel to various locations, getting a feel for the different environments within our industry that our people work in.

Students can apply through our online job postings or connect with us at one of the career fairs we attend throughout various universities around the country.

Interview

Once applied, our talent team will review their application. If they believe the applicant is a strong fit, they will reach out to schedule an interview with our operations team.

Start your Journey

After interviews with both our talent team and operations, they will assess and extend an offer if the student is a good fit for our internship program.

WHAT TO

EXPECT

Our Nox Group internship program varies depending on each specific role, but generally, students can expect to spend 10–14 weeks in an immersive, hands-on program that offers real exposure to the construction industry and lays the groundwork for a full-time career.

OVERVIEW

Nox Group is growing fast, scaling from $150M to $600M in revenue over the past four years and aiming for $1B. Interns don’t just observe; they contribute meaningfully and have a chance to earn a full-time offer based on their performance during their internship experience.

Each intern is paired with a dedicated mentor and will receive regular feedback and coaching throughout their experience, as well as a mid- and end-of-internship evaluation. They will have career conversations to align their goals with possible future opportunities at Nox Group.

Interns will develop technical and professional skills that translate into long-term career success. They will get exposure to certain tools and systems our team uses and have the opportunity to communicate with leadership on the different methods they may encounter when working.

Interns are placed on some of our active job sites and around various office locations where they will work alongside experienced team members and leaders, learning the ins and outs of their role. This is an opportunity for them to ask questions and put their skills to the test.
