  • We will have trained team members available for our employees to meet them where they are—we call them our mental health champions.
  • These champions have all taken part in Mental Health First Aid training and are prepared and ready to have conversations and provide resources to our teammates at each job site and office location.
  • Our mental health champions will be consistent for all of our locations so people throughout our enterprise will know who they can rely on should any needs arise.
