To submit a bid on a vehicle: print, fill out, and mail the completed form to Tom Bryan. Only one bid form to be included per envelope. All bids must be received by October 18th. The highest bidders will be notified and have (7) calendar days to make full payment via certified check payable to NXG Shared Services. Once the high bidder’s payment is received and they sign a Bill of Sale, the title will be transferred to them. The high bidder will be responsible for arranging transportation of the acquired vehicle from the New Mexico office.
