For some families, the holidays bring uncertainty alongside celebration. For the third consecutive year, Nox Group returned to The Salvation Army’s Christmas Angel Program with a clear goal: help ease the holiday season for local families who are navigating address stress this time of year. What began for us as a race to ensure no Angel Tree tag was unclaimed has grown into a meaningful annual tradition that brings our Nox Group teams together each December to give back and volunteer their time to ensure more children experience the joy of Christmas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nox Group’s commitment to fulfilling every first-day Angel Tree tag resulted in the delivery of over 7,000 gifts for approximately 2,700 kids across the Valley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Showing Up, Together<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On December 4th, teammates gathered for a bag-and-tag day at The APEX Wellness and Culture Center<\/a>, where gifts were purchased, sorted, and prepared with intention in advance by Chief of Staff Krystle Bryan and her team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The momentum continued on December 5th to deliver all of the bagged toys to The Salvation Army Metro Phoenix<\/a> warehouse, and extended into December 8th when employees returned for a full volunteer takeover of the warehouse, helping distribute gifts to families and sort donated toys that would be bagged for distribution in the days to follow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From early morning through the end of the day, more than 180 teammates worked side by side to organize, prepare, and come together to make this Christmas one to remember.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The work goes beyond logistics. To us, it’s about connection, empathy, and understanding the real impact of our collective efforts”, says Krystle. “This partnership intersects purpose, culture, and action. It’s a place where our values can come to life in the most tangible way.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Partnership Rooted in Service<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Nox Group’s relationship with The Salvation Army of Metro Phoenix demonstrates a shared dedication to supporting children and families during times of need. Through hands-on volunteerism and significant contributions, this partnership helps reach thousands of families across the Valley each holiday season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jeanette Aird, The Salvation Army Phoenix City Administrator, says, “It’s the partnerships that come alongside our mission to serve, and remind families they are not alone. Nox Group brings a willingness to do much of the heavy lifting.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
